Terms & Conditions

General Provisions

These General Terms and Conditions shall apply to all contracts concluded between you (hereinafter referred to as the Buyer) and Quanzhou Xincai Supply Chain Management Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as the Seller). Any additional or conflicting terms and conditions shall only be valid with the Seller’s prior written consent.

Order Placement

An order shall become legally binding either upon the Seller’s issuance of a written order confirmation or upon mutual execution of a formal sales contract by both parties.

Unless otherwise specified, all quotations are valid for 30 days.

Privacy Protection

All customer data shall be kept strictly confidential and used solely for internal order processing. By completing the order placement process, the Buyer consents to the use of its relevant data for credit reference purposes.

Shipment & Delivery

All shipping costs and transportation risks shall be borne entirely by the Buyer.

The Seller shall not be liable for any unforeseen delivery delays caused by force majeure or carrier-related circumstances.

Quantity & Product Specifications

A delivery overrun or shortfall of up to 5% shall be deemed acceptable per industry standard and shall be accepted by the Buyer.

The Seller reserves the right to make reasonable deviations in product color, material properties and design.

Copyright, Reproduction Rights & Data Protection

For all custom-made product orders, the Buyer shall assume full liability for all copyright, reproduction and production rights.

Quanzhou Xincai Supply Chain Management Co., Ltd. shall be exempt from any liability in this regard.

All data required for order processing will be stored in our internal system. Any unauthorized misuse of such data is strictly prohibited.

Claims & Complaints

Any complaints regarding incomplete shipment, incorrect delivery or visible defects must be submitted in writing within 7 calendar days upon receipt of goods.

Payment Terms

Unless otherwise agreed, all invoices shall be paid in full within 7 days. Any unauthorized deduction of discounts will be charged back subsequently.
