General Terms and Conditions

The following terms and conditions apply to all contracts that you (hereinafter referred to as "buyer") conclude with us (Quanzhou Xincai Supply Chain Management Co.,Ltd), hereinafter referred to as "seller"). Deviating or conflicting terms and conditions require the written consent of the seller.

Placing of order

The order between Quanzhou Xincai Supply Chain Management Co.,Ltd and the buyer is legally binding upon receipt of the written order confirmation of the seller or with the mutual signing of a contract of the seller.

Offers are valid for 30 days, unless otherwise indicated.

Privacy

The data of the customer will be treated confidentially. They are used internally for the processing of the order. By completing the order process, the buyer agrees that his data may be used to obtain credit information.

Dispatch

Shipment is at the risk and expense of the buyer.

The seller assumes no liability for unknown delays caused by force majeure or delays on the part of the carrier.

Quantities and material reservations

Excess or short deliveries of up to 5% are customary in the industry and must be accepted.

We reserve the right to deviations in terms of color, material properties and design.

Copyright or reproduction rights, data protection

In the case of orders for custom-made products, the buyer assumes all liability with regard to copyright, reproduction and production rights.

Any liability on the part of Quanzhou Xincai Supply Chain Management Co.,Ltd is excluded.

We would like to point out that all data necessary for processing will be stored on our data storage. Misuse is expressly excluded.

Complaint

Complaints due to incomplete, incorrect delivery or recognizable defects must be reported in writing no later than 7 days after receipt of the goods.

Payments

Invoices must be paid net within 7 days, unless otherwise agreed. Unauthorized discount deductions will be charged subsequently.
