Since personalized custom gifts are produced strictly according to your specific requirements, we regret that no changes, cancellations or returns can be accepted once production has started.

 

When does my gift voucher expire?

Xincai gift vouchers are valid for one full year from the date of purchase.

 

How do I place an order?

It is simple to place an order online: browse products, add items to your cart, then proceed to checkout.

How will I know my order has been confirmed?

After you complete checkout and confirm your order, your payment will be processed immediately. Once successful, the checkout page will display your order number and allow you to print a receipt.

A formal order confirmation email containing your order ID will also be sent to the email address you provided.

If you have not received a confirmation email and are unsure whether your order was placed, please contact our customer support.

 

Can I modify my order after placement?

No order modifications are allowed once your order has been dispatched. This includes changes to delivery address, product selections, gift messages and other details.

You may contact our customer service team to request cancellation and a full refund if your order has not yet been dispatched from our warehouse or partner facility.

Cancellation is no longer possible once your order has been shipped.

In addition, orders containing personalized items already in production cannot be cancelled.

For bulk / large orders, we only accept bank wire transfer or sight L/C.

How long will delivery take?

Total delivery time is calculated from the moment you place your order until final delivery, and consists of processing time and shipping transit time.

 

What shipping methods do you provide?

Available shipping options depend on your order size and destination. We offer free shipping, economy express, standard express and priority express, as well as sea freight, air freight and railway transport services.

 

Will all items in my order arrive in one shipment?

Yes, we will make every effort to ship all items in your order together in a single consignment.

Can I schedule my delivery date and time?

Couriers deliver on standard business days, but we cannot guarantee an exact delivery time slot. We are unable to schedule specific delivery times on your behalf, and this option is not available during checkout.

 

Can I change my delivery address after my order has been dispatched?

Unfortunately, no address modifications can be made once a shipment is dispatched.

If your package is sent to an incorrect address, please contact our customer service immediately. We can attempt to request a redirect or return from the courier, though this is not guaranteed and may cause delivery delays.

Please note that any returned package requiring re-delivery will incur an additional re-shipping fee.

 

How can I track my order shipment?

You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a live tracking link once your order leaves our warehouse.

My order has not arrived yet. What should I do?

First, please track your package directly on the courier’s official website.

If tracking shows no updates, or you have not received a shipping confirmation email, please contact our customer service team for assistance.

 

My package was returned to sender by the courier. What happens next?

Packages are usually returned to our warehouse for the following reasons:

  • Failure to collect from a post office or parcel locker
  • Recipient unknown or relocated at the given address
  • Incomplete or incorrect delivery details
  • Delivery refused by the recipient
  • Courier unable to contact the recipient and no safe drop-off location available

Once your package arrives back at our warehouse, we will notify you by email. You may choose to have the item re-shipped to the same or a new address; an additional re-delivery fee will apply.

 

What is the return time window for my order?

We only accept returns caused by our own errors, such as manufacturing defects or printing mistakes. Returns for personal reasons are not accepted.

Please inspect your goods immediately upon receipt. All claims must be submitted within 14 days of delivery, unless covered by an extended official warranty.

 

My order arrived damaged or defective. What can I do?
